HotooFshion can ship to both the United States and Mexico, with the details as follows.

Normally, our standard shipping requires 2 to 3 business days for processing and dispatching orders. Depending on your location and its accessibility, delivery of your order may take up to 25 business days.

If you opt for DHL Express delivery, we will dispatch your order within 1-3 business days. Depending on your location and its accessibility, the delivery may take up to 7 business days to reach you.

You will receive an e-mail notification from us as soon as your shipment has been sent. Please be aware that all our items cannot be shipped to american samoa, guam, marshall islands, u.s. Virgin islands, palau or the pacific islands.

Order Cancellation

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact us through live chat on WhatsApp +86 182 5791 7935.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be automatically canceled. You will need to request a return authorization from our customer service staff to return the product and receive a refund for your order. Please note that if the order is shipped and you haven't received the product but decide to cancel the order, the incurred shipping costs will not be covered by us and will be deducted from your refund.

Late/lost deliveries
If there are missing products, please contact our customer service email at hotoofashion@gmail.com in time, we will process your order immediately, reissue the goods in time, and we will bear the postage for the second delivery.


If your delivery is late, please contact us with your order id and tracking number which we sent you by e-mail. In the event of non-delivery we can only resend the the order or offer gift certificate after the post office classifies the parcel as missing mail/lost package. Please be noticed that the postal office always need few months to investigate the missing mail/lost package issue.

Please note if no one is available to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to your local mail sorting office.

Once the order is shipped, you can check the tracking information on the carrier’s website. Sometimes, the tracking information does not show the order is shipped. But as long as the order has the tracking number, you can assume the carrier has the order and it is on the way. And try checking the tracking information 24 hours later for an update.

Each carrier operates differently. But many carriers run shipments to certain locations only on specified days and times. This is common for remote areas. In cases like this, orders may be held at a hub or terminal until there is enough volume to run a route to that location or area.

Please ensure that your order contains accurate contact information. Note that to prevent fraud, we cannot ship to destinations other than the one provided at the time of order placement.
