1. Order Cancellation

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be automatically canceled. You will need to request a return authorization from our customer service staff to return the product and receive a refund for your order. Please note that if the order is shipped and you haven't received the product but decide to cancel the order, the incurred shipping costs will not be covered by us and will be deducted from your refund.

2. Refund Process

indicating the item(s) you would like to return and why. We will get back to you within 48 hours.For defective products, we require pictures or videos of defective/damaged items to process the return/refund.

Once the return request is approved(Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted), We will begin processing your return and refund request.

Pack up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing and all accessories in the original shipment.

4.Return Charge

If the return is due to our problems (such as incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide you with a full refund, including the shipping costs required for the return.

If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, or ordering the wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the freight.

Once the damage is confirmed by HotooFashion, the customer can choose return it for a replacement product at no extra cost.please be sure to contact customer service within 5 days after delivery, and we will manually accept it in time. 5-2)Incorrect quantity of product received

If the customer received the incorrect quantity of the product, please contact HotooFashion and provide the order number and picture of the product and quantity of the product received. If HotooFashion confirms the quantity of the product shipped to the customer is incorrect, HotooFashion will send the missing product to the customer at no extra cost.

After we received the returned product, it will normally take 48 hours (It will take longer on weekends or holidays)for the refund to be issued.When completed, an email will be automatically sent to you with the refund amount and refund ID. Typically,refunds will be paid to your original form of payment.User's specific collection time will fluctuate according to the specific working days of the bank.
